Digital purchase terms

Creator and copyright holder: Panagiotis Zografos, publicly known as Panos Zografos, an individual self-published author trading under the publisher identity Studio ErgoLub8, Athens, Greece. Customer support is available through the secure contact form. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for transactions processed through the checkout.

Product

The Raven’s Forest — Complete Digital Collection (SKU RAVEN-ENGB-BUNDLE-01) is one British English digital bundle for ages 3–7. It contains six illustrated stories in PDF and EPUB and six matching printable colouring books in PDF. Its configured live one-time price is US$9.95; Paddle shows the final total and any applicable tax before payment.

No printed product, POD edition, audiobook or physical shipment is included. All files are supplied together as one digital delivery after verified payment.

Licence

A purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read the storybooks on the buyer’s devices, retain reasonable personal backups and print the supplied colouring pages on a personal printer for private, non-commercial use by the buyer or the buyer’s household.

Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, public upload, commercial exploitation, classroom or institutional use and professional third-party printing are not permitted without a separate written licence. Copyright and ownership remain with Panos Zografos.

Immediate digital supply

The buyer must expressly request immediate digital supply and acknowledge that any statutory cancellation or withdrawal right may be lost once supply or downloading begins, but only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes a mandatory consumer right.

Cancellations, refunds and defective delivery

Before digital supply begins, any mandatory cancellation right remains available. After the buyer has expressly requested immediate supply and the download has begun, cancellation for change of mind may no longer be available where applicable law permits. A refund or replacement remains available where mandatory law requires it, including where the digital content is faulty, materially misdescribed or cannot be delivered after reasonable troubleshooting.

A duplicate order, unauthorised charge or failed download should be reported through the secure contact form. Any approved refund is returned through the original payment method; bank processing times are outside Studio ErgoLub8’s control.

Delivery and download access

Production delivery is released only after server-side confirmation of a completed and eligible Paddle transaction. After payment, the buyer is taken directly to the protected delivery page. Sandbox transactions never release the real collection. Each private link is valid for 15 minutes; the buyer may request fresh links and download up to five times during the 30-day access period.

Taxes and availability

For live sales, Paddle, as Merchant of Record, determines supported checkout availability and calculates, collects and remits applicable customer transaction taxes. The product is configured in Paddle as Standard digital goods; Studio ErgoLub8 makes no independent claim about a specific UK VAT classification. The author’s own Greek tax and reporting obligations remain separate.

Payment processor

Payment is processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Studio ErgoLub8 does not receive or store complete payment-card details. Paddle may apply fraud prevention and legally required payment authentication under its own terms.

Liability and governing rights

These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Greek law applies subject to any mandatory consumer protections and forum rights available in the buyer’s country of residence.
